Courage comes from the Latin cor, meaning heart.
Founding Courage is a book about the mindset it takes to start, build, back, or lead something new before certainty arrives.
The book has two halves.
The first explores ten principles of entrepreneurial leadership, drawn from real-life experience and supported by a little psychology.
The second brings those principles to life through personal stories from working with, learning from, and standing alongside remarkable entrepreneurs and entrepreneurial leaders.
Drawing on Vijay Solanki’s experience with Shazam, lastminute.com, Philips, Castrol and BlackBerry, as well as his work coaching and advising founders, the book explores what it really takes to build something that matters before the world fully understands it.
Founding courage is the decision to act from the deepest part of what you believe before the world has confirmed you should.
A new book by Vijay Solanki on entrepreneurial leadership, founder psychology, and the courage to act before the world confirms you should.
